David Woods - Partner

David is a Chartered Building Surveyor and co-founding partner of Woodfellows. David previously worked for Chesterton Plc and Drivers Jonas in various locations throughout the UK. David started his surveying career at the tender age of 17 and undertook his qualifications part time to become a Chartered Surveyor at 23. He is well known in the surveying circle for his lateral thinking and having an in depth knowledge of the commercial property market. In his spare time David enjoys his family, field sports and watching Norwich City FC.

Paul Goodfellow – Partner

Paul is a Chartered Building Surveyor and co-founding Partner of Woodfellows. Originally from Leicester, Paul previously worked for Smithers Purslow and joined David at Drivers Jonas and latterly Chesterton Plc. Paul completed his surveying degree at University of Wolverhampton and gained first class honours. He is well respected in the property market for his hands on practical approach to problems and his competence in building surveying and project management. In between work Paul spends a lot of his time with his family and is involved with local youth football. Paul is a qualified FA Coach.

Anna High – Conservation Specialist

Anna is a consultant to Woodfellows and works from the office full time. She has been in association with Woodfellows since its inception in 2002. Anna has a Masters Degree in Conservation of the Historic Environment coupled with her status as a Chartered Building Surveyor. Anna has gained experience working for surveying firms in Norfolk and Suffolk before setting up her own practice in 2000. She is well respected locally for her design flair and in depth practical knowledge working with historic buildings. In her spare time Anna enjoys spending time with her horses and gardening.

Nick Arnold – Project Manager

Nick joined Woodfellows in 2006 after previously working for construction companies, including his own, for over 25 years. Nick is a fully qualified CDM Coordinator and is a member of the Association of Project Safety. Due to his contracting background Nick’s cost knowledge and technical and practical experience is unrivalled. To relieve the pressures of work Nick enjoys drinking beer and having BBQ’s all year round.

Chantal Childs – Office Manager

Chantal joined Woodfellows in 2008 and is in charge of the office including direct control over financial matters. Prior to joining Woodfellows Chantal has worked in the legal and mortgage professions and is qualified to NVQ Level 3 in Business Administration. Out of work hours Chantal enjoys going to the gym, socialising and is learning to play the piano.
