The proud new owners of the first property completed on Phase 2 of Morston Assets ‘Yours South Lynn’ development moved in at the end of December.
Woodfellows has been instructed by Morston Assets to provide Employer’s Agent and CDM-C services with regard to this development of 18 two and three bedroom houses on a brown field site to the south of Kings Lynn, Norfolk. The properties are constructed fully in accordance with the Code for Sustainable Homes, NHBC requirements and Secured by Design recommendations.
The new houses are proving popular, with in excess of 50% sold ‘off plan’. Completion of the remaining properties will be on a rolling programme between now and April 2014.
