Out with the old and in with the new, or so they say. Woodfellows has had a longstanding relationship with a large industrial estate on the bank of the M25 near Iver, Bucks for over three years. Dealing with the whole life cycle process of dilapidations, refurbishment and re-modelling of a number of large, mostly first generation, industrial buildings primarily designed for manufacture but latterly used for logistics. David Woods commented that 'the success of making investments like this work involves a close knit team of forward thinking clients, asset managers, property managers/agents, project managers and building surveyors acting cohesively to get the product right both in terms of cost and finish.' The building shown is an example of £1.3m investment where the building was extensively re-modelled and refurbished. Woodfellows dealt with the full project management including design, planning, contract administration and CDM Coordination.
