This north-lit industrial unit in Bradford was part of a significant estate acquired by one of our large investor clients in late 2017.
Woodfellows LLP have assisted in managing refurbishment and service charge works along with dilapidations across the estate to ensure that the client realises best value.
As part of this programme Woodfellows managed the refurbishment of the unit to bring it up to a modern standard ready for onward letting, including a substantial scheme of roofing and redecoration works with a local contractor, with a keen eye on value whilst ensuring that the end product was of the highest quality.
