Woodfellows LLP undertook a joint instruction from both a local client and a national landlord to act as Project Managers for the rebuild of a terrace of historic high-street buildings and flats above. 

Working closely with the client and insurers Woodfellows managed a team of architects, engineers and M&E consultants to see the project through from early demolition works to completion and handover of two commercial units and four self-contained flats.
