The Eagle Has Landed
Woodfellows has been instructed by InfraRed Capital Partners on the Eagle Portfolio to provide project management services for refurbishment and capital enhancement throughout several industrial estates throughout the UK ranging from Lympne in Kent through to Glenrothes in Scotland.
Partner David Woods commented that ‘ the geographical spread of the estates will mean a planned and structure approach from the team is adopted to ensure economies of scale and travel is achieved’.
Woodfellows currently has a large UK wide base of clients and instructions that this work will dovetail neatly into.
