At 250,000sqft the new build distribution building in Peterborough is something to be marvelled. With 15,000sqft of CAT high quality offices and an eaves height of 12m the property really delivers on all fronts, including its intended purpose. The main shell and site was completed in 26 weeks and the offices and secondary fitting out afterwards.
